It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Andrew “Drew” Alexander Clark on October 23, 2021 in Genelle, BC. He was born on August 6, 1960 in Baillieston, Scotland.
Drew is survived by his loving spouse Mitchell Marasco, Mother Elma Clark, sister Aileen (Barry), brother Colin, nieces, Taryn (Andrew), Kailyn, Kolby, mother and father-in-law Linda and Frank Marasco, brother-in-law Franky (Amanda) and sister-in-law Brandy (Donovan) and many of his nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Drew worked 42 years with Teck, loved working on and driving his first car, a 1967 Ford Mustang. He loved to travel. He loved nature, especially birds and orchids, and had many dogs over the years, always of the collie breed, and was also predeceased by his loving dogs Laddie, Blue and most recently, Smokie.
He loved his work, where he was mostly known as Andy. He was a brilliant electrician and only retired four months ago.
Cremation has taken place.

Please accept my condolences. Andy was a wonderful electrician, a strong union supporter, an excellent conversationalist and a valued workmate.

Very sad news. I got to know Andy years ago in the smelter area of Cominco. As a union rep, I helped Andy on some workplace issues and we became good friends. He was always a quiet guy but smart as a whip. Many times I sought out his opinion on different issues and always valued his input. I’m sure he will be missed by many. My condolences to his family. Elma, Aileen, Colin and family,
I was deeply saddened to look up Drew after all these years (50) to find his obituary. I’m so sorry.
He was my first friend and my sisters, Mary and Helen and I have fond memories of you all – in Rossland and your visit to see us in Prestwick, Scotland in 1970.
Again, deepest condolences and love to you all.
Stewart Anderson (the younger).

Ohh Mitchell, I’m so very sorry to read about Drew’s passing. I literally was just thinking about you both and how we sang songs in the car changing all the lyrics from “you” to “Drew”.
Drew was such a sweetheart from the moment I met him and I can’t imagine the pain and loss you are suffering. I’ve missed you both so much and think of you guys often. Every time I see a white car like yours on our street I wonder if it’s you coming to visit. If you want to talk, please get in touch. Drew will be missed and I’m here for you always. Love you
