Condolences for the family of “Evangeline (Eve) Vernice Reddicopp”

Condolence from Cynthia Pelletier on August 25th, 2021 3:46 pm

On behalf of Eve’s church congregation, Kinnaird Church of God, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to her family and dearest friends. Eve, or Evangeline as I insisted on calling her when I discovered her beautiful given name, enjoyed being in the thick of things – whether it was singing on the worship team or cracking jokes around the potluck table. She was a very determined lady who took pride in doing whatever she could for herself and others; even in the face of mounting physical challenges. The past two years of extreme restrictions on visitation in long-term care facilities was probably one of the most difficult hardships Evangeline faced as she was such an outgoing and caring person. I know she was blessed with some beautiful friends who faithfully bridged that gap whenever and however they were able to. May the Lord comfort you in the loss of our sweet and vivacious sister and friend, Evangeline Vernice (she always told me that meant very nice) Reddicopp. Rest in God’s embrace until we meet again! Whenever I saw her she always had a joke and a smile and made me laugh. I will miss running into her. Blessings, comfort, and happy memmories abounding to her family and friends.

EVE was the happiest lady I have ever met! She had a sense of humor that never quit and always a smile from ear to ear!
