FRANKLIN  (FRANK) INGHAM

Ingham Frank obituary InPixio

August 26, 1931 – June 17, 2020

Frank was born in Cranbrook, BC on August 26, 1931. He lived in Elko, BC, later moving to Castlegar in 1957. He worked on the construction of the highway between Castlegar and Nancy Greene (SHEEP Lake), then worked for the Dept. of Highways. Frank was a Funeral Director at Castlegar Funeral Chapel and finally at Celgar for his last 23 years.

The love of his life was the cabin in the East Kootenays, where he spent endless hours hunting and fishing.

Frank is survived by his wife Blanche of 64 years, daughter Rose (Wayne) Fendick of Smithers, twin boys Garry (Alexis) and Larry (Kelly) both of Robson, 6 grandsons, 4  great grandchildren, 1 brother and  4  sisters.

No funeral as per Frankie’s wishes. Special thanks to Dr. Ankenbauer, Lisa and staff from Castlegar Home support, many great friends and neighbours. You have all been there for us day and night….Thank you to you all. Thank you also to Bill from Castlegar Funeral Chapel.

    So sad to hear that Frankie has left you for now. He will be waiting in his cabin in the heavens for you getting things comfy and homey, as he settles in without pain and discomfort. My heart goes out to you all.

    So sorry to hear of the passing of Frank.I have nothing but the utmost respect for him. He was very good to me growing up in Castlegar. Condolances to Blanche, Rosie and the boys.
